| 広告撮影の仕事で、度々アメリカ本土に行く様になった。それは大都市を点で結んだもので、大掛かりな仕掛けと、スピードと、失敗は許されないものだった。いつの頃からか都市と都市を線で繋ぎ、ゆっくりと旅してみたいと思った。六回の旅の中で、私しのアメリカの写真が生まれた。 |
| In the past I have traveled many times to the US mainland for commercial shootings. This usually meant just drooping in and out of major cities, like unconnectes 'dots' on a big map. And these jobs were more about speediness, non failure, and the trick art of advertising.
I don't remember exactly when, but I decided that I wanted to slowly explore those lines and connections between those 'dots' in the US. These photos are from my six travels of connecting the 'dots'. |
